Let's dive deeper

"The methodology that evolved over the past two decades is known as TIYTâ„¢ Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. TIYTâ„¢ helps individuals who have experienced trauma, including those who have been labeled "therapy resistant," recognizing that traditional forms of therapy were not always effective for individuals who had experienced trauma. TIYTâ„¢ is a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of healing; all are needed to help individuals connect with their bodies, identify and regulate their emotions, cultivate a sense of connection and purpose, and promote self-healing. The methodology uses education and a Somatic approach to teach clients how to self-identify and modify activated/deactivated states of their nervous system as a key first step to the recovery process."

These are completely customizable to your needs. My most requested sessions are style consultations with a hands on lesson.

I have spent over 25 years studying, teaching and doing hair behind the chair in St. Louis, San Diego and Los Angeles. This experience brings you the most simple stylish you.

I have a lot of love to give and have found over the last year how much I enjoy caring for your pup while you are away. I have experience with small breeds as well as bully breeds.

I spend as much time outdoors as possible. It's really such a win win. You're relaxed knowing your dog is being spoiled and I get a walking buddy and all the snuggles.
